It is given in the question that :

A crate of tennis balls measures 25 inches by 25 inches by 15 inches.

First we have to find the volume of the crate which is

Volume = 25*25*15 = 9375 inches^3

And the given radius of tennis ball is 1.35 inches .

A tennis ball is in the shape of sphere. And volume of sphere is

Volume  = \frac{4}{3} \pi r^3

Substituting the value of r, we will get

Volume = \frac{4}{3} * \pi * 1.35^3 = 10.31 inches^3

TO find the number of balls , we have to divide the volume of crate by volume of ball.

That is ,

= \frac{9375}{10.31} = Approx 910 balls

Answer:

Sheet metal costs <u>$20</u> per square foot.

Step-by-step explanation:

7.6x - 2.3x = 106

We are finding the value of x.

5.3x = 106

Divide both sides by 5.3.

x = 106 ÷ 5.3

x = 20

What would be the critical value for a two-tailed, one-sample t test with 26 degrees of freedom (df = 26) and an alpha level (p
Alika [10]

Answer: The critical value for a two-tailed t-test = 2.056

The critical value for a one-tailed t-test = 1.706

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : Degree of freedom : df= 26

Significance level : \alpha=0.05

Using student's t distribution table , the critical value for a two-tailed t-test will be :-

t_{\alpha/2, df}=t_{0.025,26}=2.056

The critical value for a two-tailed t-test = 2.056

Again, Using student's t distribution table , the critical value for a one-tailed t-test will be :-

t_{\alpha, df}=t_{0.05,26}=1.706

The critical value for a one-tailed t-test = 1.706

To get from her home to a friend's house, Georgia must go past a school, then a post office.
Nataliya [291]
The time it takes for a certain object or person, in this case Georgia, to travel from one place to another is the quotient of the distance and speed. Such that the given above can be best represented by the equation below,
                42 minutes = (7/8 + 5/6 + x) / 1/18
The value of x from the equation is approximately 0.625 miles.
