For me, being a hero doesn’t necessarily mean wearing a costume and having super powers. A hero is a special person who always p

uts the most important people in their lives before themselves. They care about their well-being and try to protect them in their own heroic way. I chose my mother, Taresha Houston, among all my heroes because she is the kind of person who makes me feel better when I get in trouble or when I get sick. She’s there whenever I need a hug or feeling down, and she tries her best to make me feel safe and happy. My mother has had a very difficult life and has left behind lots of things she held dear just to take her children forward. She suffered several times for personal matters which she had to overcome herself to live “peacefully.” My mother has had to make a strong heart to continue on with her current life. This fact surprises me the most because it takes lots of courage to forget the past and continue with life. I learned through her experiences that sometimes it is better to continue on forward instead of trying to repair the past, which is impossible to change. Also, I learned that nobody is born with bad luck, it is just something inevitable that can be changed through hard work and courage. That is why I chose her, my mother, to be my hero.

How to solve what's is 12% of 120
Yuliya22 [10]
Start by working out what 10% is. 10% of 120 is worked out by dividing 120 by 10 which is 12.
Then work out 1%. Divide 120 by 100 because % means out of 100. You get 1.2.
Work out 2%. Times 1% (1.2) by 2 to get 2%. You get 2.4.
Work out 12%. Add 10% (12) of 120 and 2% of 120 (2.4) to get 14.4.
Your answer is 14.4

What is religious tolerance? How do people practice in your society.describe in brief with examples.
Deffense [45]
Religious toleration is people allowing other people to think or practice other religions and beliefs.

When someone says they’re a theist and believe in something that you may think is absurd or crazy, you take them seriously anyway.

When someone says that they have to observe the Sabbath and will be unavailable, you take them seriously.

When someone politely apologizes that they can’t do something because it’s against their religious beliefs, with no harm to the other person, you accept their apology, realize they don’t mean to hurt you, and move on. (I’m excluding the case where this is being done because of discrimination or nefariousness).

When someone asks to eat in a restaurant that accords with their religion’s dietary laws, and this doesn’t negatively affect you, you go there instead of a different restaurant.
