Reil [10]

Stress is a frustrated feeling of emotional disorder.

Anxiety is a serious, excessive and constant worry and fear about everyday situations.

Social change refers to the human interactions and relationships change cultural and social beliefs over a period of time, contributing an immense effects on a society.

Negative social changes

The effect of negative social changes include:

 • Lack of motivation: when one does not have motivation to further one's studies or even to study, be it financial or psychological motivation, it results into emotional stress. One will be depressed.
 • Excessive pride: Through interaction with other people, it may affect one's behaviour and as a results filled with pride. This is dependent on the class of people one is moving with. It could be on the basis of the fact that one just got admitted and be feeling on top of the world. at the end, it becomes stressful to keep up.
 • Laziness: social interaction could consume one's entire time such that one may not have time for study. This, in turns, could cause stress when a bunch of workload is available to cover.
