-7 is the y-intercept
3 is the slope.

start point at -7 in the y-axis and then count 3 units up and 1 unit right and make another point. Then make a straight line through the two points. The line is infinite.
I hope you get it :)

<span>Box plots give the five number summary of the data set. The whiskers indicate the minimum daily travel time, which is 11 minutes, and the maximum daily travel time, which is 45 minutes. These values are not outliers because they are connected to the box with whiskers. Solve the inequality.
Goryan [66]

Answer:

-7< x < 6

Step-by-step explanation:

|4x + 2| < 26

The absolute value has a positive and a negative.  Remember to flip the inequality when taking the negative

4x+2 < 26       and 4x+2 > -26

Subtract 2 from each side

4x+2-2 < 26 -2   and 4x+2 > -26-2

4x < 24              and 4x > -28

Divide by 4

4x/4 < 24                  4x/4 >-28/4

x <6          and                    x> -7

-7< x < 6

Straight-Line Depreciation A small delivery truck was purchased on January 1 at a cost of $21,920. It has an estimated useful li
lesantik [10]

Answer:

Rate of depreciation per year  is 4310 $/ year and the depreciation schedule is given below.

Step-by-step explanation:

According to the question,

since, it is straight-line depreciation,

rate of depreciation per year = \frac{21920 - 4680}{4}   $/year

                                                = 4310 $/ year

So we can prepare the following table.  (year = 0 for the base period)

Year    Depreciation   Accumulated      Book value

              expense        depreciation

                 ( in $)               (in $)                    (in $)

 0              0                         0                      21920

 1            4310                    4310                    17610

 2           4310                     8620                  13300

 3           4310                      12930                  8990

 4           4310                      17240                  4680
