Explanation:

The Millennium Bridge, also known as the London Millennium Footbridge, is a steel suspension bridge for people to cross the River Thames in London, it links Bankside with the City of London. The bridge is located amid Southwark Bridge and Black friars Bridge.  One end of the bridge is close to the Globe theatre, as well as the Bankside Gallery, Tate Modern, and City of London School below St Paul’s Cathedral. The bridge is aligned in a way that a clear view of St Paul’s south façade can be seen across the river, mounted by the bridge supports.

It's unusual because for one it's a pretty long title, and for two, it's uses some very strong imagery. But yes it was seen in the poem, the poem was exactly what the title described.
