Answer: If the conflict leads to the approximation of attitudes, compromise, it is a constructive conflict, if, after argumentation, the differences are deepened and problems become even greater, it is a destructive conflict.

Explanation: Conflicts require at least two parties, and if these parties come to an approach, compromise and decision-making in the course of the conflict and on the basis of the conflict, it is a constructive conflict. Such a conflict is even desirable to solve the unresolved issues and move from the standstill.

If opposing opinions and attitudes advocate during the conflict, arising from greed, competition, and conflict after argumentation is even greater, then this is a destructive conflict.

Based on the ways of solving the conflict, one can get an insight into the quality of people.

Conflicts can be destructive because they can break up people if they have an argument or they can even cause wars if they are large scale conflicts. They can be constructive if both sides actively work on solving problems so a conflict can help people solve an issue between them and build better relations.

Which literary device does Dickerson begin with the phrase setting sun!
snow_tiger [21]

A metaphor is comparing two unlike objects without the use of the words like or as. Metaphors are usually symbolic. An alliteration is a group of words that have similar letters or sounds. Personification is giving an inanimate object the characteristics that a person would have.

Helga [31]
The correct answer is: Looking inward to find the true self.

Modernist works are often written in the first person, unlike earlier works, which were written in the third. Furthermore, the technique known as "stream of consciousness" appeared during the Modernist era as a way of turning inward and writing about the "true self."
