The civilizations involved with ziggurats was Mesopotamia. Within Mesopotamia, there were civilizations of the Babylonians, Sumerians, Asyrians. These people used Ziggurats as their temple.

Slave Codes allowed Slave owners to do horrible things to their slaves because according to Slave Codes, Slave owners could do whatever they wanted to the Slaves. A.) is incorrect because indentured servants were people who were made to work on farms for whomever had paid for them to come to the Colonies.
B.) is incorrect because Slave Codes didn't protect the Slaves at all.
