Answer:

Claudius

Explanation:

Tiberius Claudius Caesar Augusto Germanicus, historian and Roman politician, was the fourth Roman emperor of the Jules-Claudia dynasty, and ruled from January 24 of the year 41, until his death in the year 54. Born in Lugdunum, Gaul, He was the first Roman emperor born outside the Italic peninsula. His ashes were deposited in Augustus' mausoleum.

Claudio's love life was unusual for someone of the high nobility in those times. Edward Gibbon mentions that of the first fifteen emperors, "Claudius was the only one who did not maintain relations with children or men". Gibbon is based on Suetonius's comment in which he says that "He had a great passion for women, but no interest in men." Suetonius and the other historians of antiquity really used this question against Claudius, accusing him of being dominated by the women and wives themselves, and of acting under them.

1. "In which the burthen of the mystery, / In which the heavy and the  weary weight of all this unintelligible world, / Is lightened:"  (from "Tintern Abbey" by William Wordsworth)

2. "Faint I,nor mourn nor murmur, other gifts / Have followed; for such  loss, I would believe, / Abundant recompence"  (from "Tintern Abbey" by William Wordsworth)

3. "Hold offl unhand me, grey-beard loon!"  (from "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner" by Samuel Taylor Coleridge)

4. "nor yet beside the rill, Nor up the lawn, nor at the wood was he;"  (from "Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard" by Thomas Gray)

5. "Where was heard the mingled measure. From the fountain and the caves."  (from "Kubla Khan" by Samuel Taylor Coleridge)

Answer:

  1. burthen ------- meaning, weight, or significance
  2. recompence ------ reward
  3. loon -------- a silly or foolish person
  4. rill ------ a small stream
  5. measure ------ the rhythm of a piece of poetry or music

Explanation:

In the poem we can see that the poet is feeling overwhelmed with a weight, a burden. This burden is a mystery and as it is resolved and the poet feels comfortable talking about it, that weight is lightened.

When the author talks about recompenc, he is talking about a prize, something that will be given as a treat.

Loon refers to someone who is out of their mental normality, a person who shows signs of looseness and lack of control.

A rill is a small stream that does not present any major risks.

Measure is a type of measurement and can be related to many different systems, including a play, poetry and music.

Yes, I do agree with the delegates rule of secrecy. Delegates handled many classified cases that could harm the country if they were exposed. In the debates, multiple important topics were discussed. These topics were not exposed to the general public yet, so they could’ve been at risk to being shown to countries like Great Britain.
