Be open and honest about it
The eating disorder is not about the food, so be patient with recovery
know limits, and respect the person
Be firm but gentle towards the person with the disorder
Be understanding
This depends on the person, as people have different needs and athletes need more calories then normal scholars. The average is about 1,600-2,100. But again it depends on the person, for example I can only eat about 1,500 calories a day, despite the fact I'm an athlete, my friend however can eat about 2,500. If this is for personal use I would recommend consulting a doctor or trusted adult before you go on a diet.
Hope this helps :)

I would say first think of your goal, something that will be achievable for you to accomplish then keep on setting your goals higher and higher until you are satisfied with what you have achieved. Then, i would say to work on your goal. Work on it day to day or even twice a week or maybe three times a week to achieve your goal that you have set.
I hope it helps! This is all in my own words and you may research the web as hard as you can and you shall not find it anywhere apart from here on this question.
Have a great day! Or night. Stay safe!
Brainliest would be appreciated!
