yes because it is a great stress reliever and helps reduce pain. whether it is legal or not because will smoke it or eat it or whatever. it would help buisnesses too because people would but it from them instead of off the street. it is much safer that way. with weed being legal no one will need to buy cannabis off the street leaving a lot less deaths and addictions due to it being laced with a harder drug.
