Jessica has a call card for 20 phone calls. She rings her mother x times and her boyfriend twice as many times as she rings her mother. She then has only two calls left on her card. Solve for x. (How do you get the answer?)

Answer 1

She calls her mother 6 times
And She calls her boyfriend 12 times
20-2 = 18 = how many times she called her mom or boyfriend 
18/3 = 6 = how many times she called her mom
6*2= 12 = how many times she called her boyfriend
