Exercise is what we do when we are to increase are strength, stamina, and even our breathing. It is considered important, since it helps our body to become physically healthy. Our muscles need Exercise to not loosen its figure or shape. You can actually tell when someone does exercises and to those who not. It also decreases high content of fat inside our body. Fat is normal to be present in the body, but too much of it endangers our health and life if in a serious matter. It is better to have a proper timing to have a cool down to avoid feeling dizzy and lightheaded after an exercise. There are many types of exercise that helps our body produce sweat and burns unnecessary fats. These are:

1. Aerobic

2. Flexibility

3. Strength

4. Balance

Explanation:

1. Aerobic-this exercise includes activities like running and swimming, to help your cardiovascular system to have much more endurance.

2. Flexibility-mostly used in warm-ups, flexibility is about stretching your muscles to the point it will get used to it after some time.

3. Strength-includes weight lifting, it makes the muscles more compact and reduces fat the faster way.

4. Balance- whenever we are standing

in one leg to balancing yourself while standing. Balance exercise is important in stabilizing yourself.

These exercises can go to beginner level to pure athlete type. Which means it isn't a joke to perform one of these. It requires focus and effort for a long period of time. It can be extreme if necessary. But take into mind that doing so much or doing it without rest is pure evil.

Drink to re-hydrate yourself. A warm water will help the arteries to loosen and help in proper blood circulation. Replenishing your body's water supply can increase your flexibility and strength. It is also nice to take a cool shower and change your clothing as well. And munch on a little snack will help you gain the energy you used during Exercise. muscles and your body to keep up with your

work-out, your giving it time to fully take in

what you are working on. There is such thing

as overworking your body, which may cause

serious trouble.

what is the molarity of a solution prepared by dissolving 54.3 g of ca(no3)2 to form 355 ml of the solution?
Ratling [72]

Answer:

The molarity of a solution prepared by dissolving 54.3 g of Calcium nitrate into 355 mL of water is 0.9881M

Molarity of solution is the ratio of the number of moles of the substance to the volume.

n is the number of moles of the compound

Mass of calcium nitrate = 54.3g

Molar mass of calcium nitrate = Ca(NO₃)₂ = 164.088 g/mol

Get the required molarity;

Hence the molarity of a solution prepared by dissolving 54.3 g of Calcium nitrate into 355 mL of water is 0.9881M

What is produced during the replacement reaction of Cu(NO3)2 and Zn? ZnNO3 Cu Zn Cu(NO3)2 ZnCu 2NO3 Zn(NO3)2 Cu
Pachacha [2.7K]

Answer:

Zn(NO3)2 +Cu

Explanation:

Replacement reaction is a type of chemical reaction in which an element react with a compound and take the place of another element in that compound.

Zn is more reactive than Cu, therefore Zn replaces cu from CU(NO3)2 to form Zn(NO3)2 +Cu

nexus9112 [7]

Based on Table S, the atom of element that has the strongest attraction for electrons in a chemical bond from the options is Chlorine.

What is Electronegativity?

Electronegativity can be regarded as the tendency that is been associated to an atom for attraction of electrons to itself.

However, Fluorine is considered as the most electronegative element but based on Table S, Chlorine has the strongest attraction for electrons in a chemical bond .
