And so in which they were treated as if they were object that belonged to the white men. And yes some white men and woman were kind to the African Americans but not enough. The African Americans were tortured and beat to death. The African Americans did not deserve what they had received. What some of the white men and woman did to the African Americans was inhuman and cruel.
