A physical capital has to be something that is "physical", that is - it has to be possible to touch and for example move somewhere else.

The example of a physical capital here (and the correct answer) is a factory building (it might be hard to move, but it can at least in theory be moved).

How did the United States gain an oversea empire?
qwelly [4]
The US was never completely isolated from the rest of the world. Trade made the US an active member of world affairs. It was during the period of the 1890s that the US foreign policy became influenced by imperialism. During that decade, the US became the most important industrial power in the world. That meant we had to find markets and areas to obtain raw materials. Business was also looking at other areas in the world as potential customers for our products. The US military, especially the Navy, was growing and expanding in other areas of the world where we had not had the ability to go in force before. The war with Spain (1898) and the presidency of T. Roosevelt also made the US a major economic, military, and imperialistic power.

________ has the "capacity to render the invisible visible", to draw attention to aspects of any media system, including our own
Gnesinka [82]

Answer:

Comparative analysis.

Explanation:

The fundamental premise of the comparative analysis is that research can reveal more about the subject of the study if a set of data about first subject is compared to the same set of data about another subject.

Essentially, it works from the idea that to understand anything about something we have to compare it to anything else. For example, darkness is dark only comparing to light. Without this comparison, darkness does not have its meaning of the absence of light.

Comparative analysis as a type of analysis is widely used in social science, in particular as Qualitative comparative analysis.

larisa [96]

The correct answer is: Dane knows that stress is anything that challenges him psychologically or physiologically and warrants some type of adaptation or adjustment.

Stress is how our bodies responds to what we consider to be a threat. The body's capacity of defending itself are activated because the person is sensing some sort of danger approaching. That "danger" can be real or not, but the way our body reacts will be the same. When we feel stress, is our body trying to protect us from that threat.
