What were the conditions necessary to advance astronomical knowledge from copernicus to newton? how did they develop during the
givi [52]

The main condition to advance the astronomical knowledge from Copernicus to newton is: the planet moves in elliptical orbit, with the Sun at the focus.

What is Copernicus to Newton theory?

Isaac Newton describes physics with laws as well as classical mechanics, which is referred to as Newtonian mechanics. And Copernicus observed the planets in the sky to explain the position by assuming that the Sun should be at the center of the solar system rather than the earth. And its theory states that the earth is moving at a very high speed as well as revolving around the axis.

Copernicus also states that the planets of the solar system should orbit around the sun. He also developed the working theory which explains the geometry of the order of the planets in the solar system. Later its correct version is also published for the study purpose.

proposed amendments must be ratified by blank of the state either through the state legislature or through special state convent
Lana71 [14]

The word amendment means correcting or modifying the original laws drafted in the US Constitution. Thousands of amendments are deliberated in the Senate.

The first method is when a recommended amendment is given the final consent only after two third of both the houses of Congress approve in favor of the proposed amendment.

Next, the proposed amendment is directed to the states where two third of the states’ approval is sought.

The second method is establishing a convention by the legislatures of the states in which two third of the state legislatures’ approval is required to amend the laws.
