I don’t believe it is, alliteration is more of a tongue twister and the words begin with the same consistent sound and “sat stopped” isn’t really and tongue twister
Vague language. By having a lot of details, the audience of the narrative will be able to easily envision the story, so it is best to keep your wording as descriptive, sensory, and specific as you can.
