The word that is the antonym for the word abundant is insufficient.

Explanation:

The word abundant means in very large quantities. In this paragraph, it means that the Sacramento Valley is blessed with large quantities of water.

The antonym that is the opposite of the word abundant is insufficient.

The meaning of insufficient means not enough or not available in large quantities but scarce in availability.

The rest of the words like beautiful is an adjective and describes the valley.

Normal tells about the state of the valley and plentiful is nothing but the synonym (same meaning)of the word abundant.

Is it who or whose to this sentence : Who’s/whose muddy foot prints are those ???
Rudiy27

Well, "who's" is who is, it's just a contraction. So, it'd be whose.

"Who is muddy foot prints are those?" doesn't sound correct, but

"Whose muddy foot prints are those?" does.

Hope this helps!
