1) You divide all the numbers that need to be divided
2) Move constant to the right
3) Add your numbers
And it will get you your answer = y=10.9

Here’s another answer if you didn’t understand the other one

Divide your numbers- y-4/10=21/2

Move constant to the right- y-0.4=10.5

Add the numbers- y=10.5+0.4
