Goryan [66]

Answer:

93°, 89°, 93°

Step-by-step explanation:

∠1 and ∠4 are supplementary angles:

m∠1 + m∠4 = 180°; m∠1 = 93°

∠2 and ∠4 are vertical angles:

m∠2 = m∠4 = 87°

∠3 and ∠4 are supplementary angles:

m∠3 + m∠4 = 180°; m∠3 = 93°

What is the 23rd term of the arithmetic sequence where a1 = 8 and a9 = 48?
joja [24]

Answer:

23rd term of the arithmetic sequence is 118.

Step-by-step explanation:

In this question we have been given first term a1 = 8 and 9th term a9 = 48

we have to find the 23rd term of this arithmetic sequence.

Since in an arithmetic sequence

T_{n}=a+(n-1)d

here a = first term

n = number of term

d = common difference

since 9th term a9 = 48

48 = 8 + (9-1)d

8d = 48 - 8 = 40

d = 40/8 = 5

Now T_{23}= a + (n-1)d

= 8 + (23 -1)5 = 8 + 22×5 = 8 + 110 = 118

Therefore 23rd term of the sequence is 118.

Help me plz it’s confusing
Alja [10]
X+8>= 18
therefore, the circle has to be on ten, (solid) and an arrow pointing to the right,
10+8>=18 which is true.

-7+x>= -8
the circle is going to be on -1, (solid) and pointing to the right.
-7 +-1 (-8) >=-8 which is true, then -7 +0>= -8 which is true
n-2<=4 so, the answer is a dot (solid) on 6 pointing to the left
6-2 (4) <=4 then 5-2 (3) <= 4 which both are true

-18+n<-7
so this answer is going to be on 10, and it will be a hollow dot, pointing to the left
-18+10 (-8) <-7 which is true
n-4>=13
so, this has to be greater than or equal to 13.
n must be greater than or equal to 17 (add 4 to both sides) so the dot (solid) is going to be on 17 and pointing to the right.

NOTICE: I had a different explanation for number 9, which is how I figured each one out.
Hope this helped! Sorry it took so long!
