"To" is generally used as a preposition. For example, "going to the park".

"To" can also be used in the infinitive form with a verb, eg. "to walk" "to swim" etc.

Whereas, "too" is normally used to mean the same thing as what was previously said. Eg. someone says "I love pizza" and you could reply "me too", in which case it sort of acts as a synonym for "as well".

Another use for "too" is to say that something is in excess, for example there are "too many" or "too few" things, for example.

Sorry for the poor explanation - I hope it helps! :)

Select the correct text in the passage.
ad-work [718]

Answer: The deer hung stiff and heavy and empty, and small birds blew in the wind and the wind turned their feathers

Explanation:

Parallelism is a literary device that presents different parts of a sentence with grammatically similar construction, with the repetition of a word, a phrase, or even an entire sentence. Repetition makes the sentence symmetrical and consequently much more memorable for the reader.

The most famous example is Martin Luther King's 'I have a dream' speech, where the repetition of that phrase makes the speech persuasive as well as rhythmic.

In this example, parallelism can be recognized in the repetition of the word "and":

and heavy

and empty

and small

and the wind
