The 3 healthful ways to relive stress can be:
1) Try a walking medication- inhale as you take 4 steps
2) Try sitting medication- sit on the floor with a comfortable position with a straight look
3) Side to Side- Inhale and extend your arms straight up.
Apart from these 3 as I listed, Try to gibe yourself some "me" time. Spend time with your family, Workout things that you love doing apart from working.
