Step 1. Start planning. ( Define Purpose) + ( Add Info)
Step 2. Write. Start with Introduction. Then Body Paragraphs for each main point. After add conclusion to your main message.
Step 3. Edit/Review look at the report and make corrections.
Step 4. Final Draft (Make sure everything is perfect).
