I wish my brother was here, he's obsessed with the hobbit and LOTR. He could go into more detail than me but, i'll answer it. Smaug goes to tell Bilbo not to trust the Dwarves. "In return for the excellent meal I will give you one piece of advice for your good: don't have more to do with Dwarves than you can help."
