As we know the internal controls are not effective after a passage of time because there are familiarity threats which might result in the unethical behavioral implications. So to prevent or detect the management unethical behavior, we can do the following things:

Segregation of Duties

Checking the effectiveness of the internal control after every year or semi year.

Alex73 [517]

Answer:

The total amount of dividends paid over these three years: $8000

Explanation:

  • Net income (loss) in three years

$7,100, ($1,600), and $3,600

=> the total net income is the first three years of operation is:

$7,100 -  ($1,600) +  $3,600

= $9,100

This money is not kept in the Retained Earnings because it is used for dividend payment. But Earnings balance at the end of year three is $1,100, so the total amount of dividends paid over these three years:

= Total net incomes - Retained Earnings

= $9,100 - $1,100,

= $8000

Hope it will find you well.

In today's workplace, most employers issue a policy stating that they will monitor employees' use of any company-owned computer,
astraxan [27]

Answer:

The correct answer is About Half.

Explanation:

Common sense makes it very clear: Work time is for work and corporate email is another tool of the organization (public or private) at the service of the objectives of that organization. But the telematic means are very peculiar and the reality shows that there is often confusion in this regard, and the worker uses corporate mail as a tool of particular use.

Therefore, let's say that the organization can monitor the internal emails and social networks of its professionals, used from the devices provided by the company, but taking into account very clear and decisive aspects. Especially, the worker must be aware by prior notice of the company that their equipment can be monitored, the control must be proportional, necessary and as invasive as possible, evaluating the balance between the right of business interest and the privacy of the worker.

enyata [817]

Answer:

$12.5

Explanation:

Given that,

Annual dividend paid = $1.50 per share

Equity cost of capital = 12%

The value of a share of NoGrowth's stock is determined by dividing the annual dividend paid by the equity cost of capital of the firm.

Value of share:

= Annual dividend paid ÷ Equity cost of capital

= $1.50 per share ÷ 0.12

= $12.5

Therefore, the value of a share of NoGrowth's stock is closest to $12.50.
