John Cabot was a Venetian explorer and a navigator who claimed land which is now Canada for England. In the year 1947 he reached the coast of Canada but his origin was England , he had sailed for Canada .He discovered Grand water banks which were rich in fish. His sail to Canada was requested by King Henry vii of England.

In this address, he discusses the problems the nations faced and in this particular excerpt he focuses on how increased jobs need to be a priority for his administration.
