The correct answer is D) They lend the excerpt an urgent tone.

The statement that best describes the impact of the words "prosecution," "espionage," and "sabotage" is "They lend the excerpt an urgent tone."

We are referring to a part of the text of President Roosevelt´s executive order N.- 9066. The excerpt says: "Whereas the prosecution of the war requires every possible protection against espionage and against sabotage to national-defense material, premises, and utilities..."

In  President Roosevelt´s executive order N.- 9066 of February 19, 1942, he authorizes the relocation of Japanese people that lived in the Pacific Coast, after the attack of Pearl Harbor.

Why does the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001 impact on America today?
balu736 [363]

Answer:

I speak for all americans when I say it is heartbreaking to know what happened that day. We were attacked, and innocent lives were lost, firefights crushed along with the 2,606 people that had families, and airports will never be the same again. It made us stronger though. Its just another event, along with millions others, the earth has been collecting on its shoulders for as long as we know. My point is this effected everybody on earth. No other location of earth needs to have that happen again ... and it wont! Salute.
