Fossil fuels are fuels which are formed over millions of years from dead remains of plants and animals buried under rocks. Heat from inside the earth and pressure from rock changes the dead remains into oil, natural gas and coal. Because these fuels cannot be replenish again they are called as nonrenewable fuels.
