I believe it would be D because A and B are talking about voices and C is talking about spelling while D is talking about minimizing something and that’s what “mute colors” are, just minimizing the amount color

Answer:

D. Barry was told to mute his hand motions when he was in front of the camera.

Explanation:

I'd have to say D because in the sentence given at the beginning of the question, the word "mute" is used as to tone down the color of her dress. So, we can tell that it's used to tone down on something. In the sentence in the last answer choice, he was told to mute his hand motions (used like to explain that he needs to tone down, or stop doing hand motions) while in front of the camera. We know it's not A, because mute in that sentence is used to describe someone who is silent, or does not talk. We know it's not B, because the word is used to describe Ashlee as speechless. And, we know it's not C because the word is used to describe the b in the word "numb" as silent.

Therefore, I believe the correct answer choice is D.

Svet_ta [14]

Answer: One of Odysseus' flaw that was another factor that caused his journey to be extended was his unfaithful behavior. During his stay on Circe’s island, he was involved in a one-year love affair with Circe. Not only did he betray his wife and son by doing this but he also got completely distracted from his objective of returning home. He decided to leave only after being reminded by his crew of the importance of getting back to Ithaca quickly. This shows the actions that caused both the betrayal of his family as well as the extension of his journey.

slamgirl [31]
When they flaunt their popularity, I feel like they're trying to get me to consume because "everyone else is doing it."

This is also known as joining the bandwagon, so I'll have to go with:
