<span>Cieza's relationship with the Inca empire was more civilized, in the fact that he respected the people and treated them with humanity. Bursbecq's relationship with the ottoman empire was more structured and relied highly on military and government force. It seems that Cieza had a more humanitarian relationship than Busbecq.</span>
Article 6, Supreme Law, refers to the Supreme Law of the Land.
It states,
"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."
Meaning that:
-the Constitution,
-the Laws of the U.S. (current, and future ones),
-Treaties that have been made or that will be made -
Are what make up the Supreme Law of the Land.
