We know that there is 180 degrees in a triangle. Also, we know that a line has a total of 180 degrees across it. With this, we can find Angle C.

First, let's find Angle ACB

70 + 30 + x = 180 (because 180 in a triangle)

100 + x = 180

X = 80

Now that we know angle ACB, we can use that to find Angle BCE.

80 + Y (Angle BCE) = 180 (because 180 along a line)

Y = 100

So Angle BCE is 100 degrees.

I hope this Helps!

Mick paid $2.94 in sales tax on an item that cost $42.00 before tax. At that rate, how much would he pay in slaes tax for an ite
alexdok [17]

For an item that cost $ 42, Mick paid $2.94 in sales tax. So percentage of sales tax is

\frac{2.94}{42} *100 = 7%

And we have to find the sales tax that he paid for an item that cost $58, and for that , we have to find 7% of 58 , that is

= \frac{7}{100} *58 = $4.06

So he pays a sales tax of $4.06 .
