How do I get more used to studying? Like how do I make myself WANT to study and used to it?

Personally I have no idea, I'm trying everything, I'm taking notes and writing ENTIRE BOOKS on how to focus and improve my studies and note takin strategies but I cant for the life of me get myself to actually study the stuff I have to. I get bored, start thinking about anything else, and then I forget that I'm studying and working on something and next thing I know I'm watching a movie or something stupid haha. I posted something also if you'd like to stay with it. let me know if any knowledge of it comes your way!!
