When you are hanging out with your friends, or playing sports it realeases a hormone called Oxytocin. This hormone can make you feel better and is even named "The love Hormone". Hanging out with friends also sqaushes stress and could have a positive influence on our bodies.

Why does money make us happy then? Well its mostly because you could do so many things with money. You could buy a new house, a dog, and even a good car. There's not really much to say about this one as it's pretty obvious why people like money.

Sports make us happy because of endorphins in your bodies. Endorphins trigger a positive feeling in our bodies similar to dopamine. Watching sports makes you happy to because it helps reduce stress and its like a game in your mind. Scientific studies even show that watching sports makes us smarter! Sports also help us keep in shape too.
