Answer:

c. unstable; following independence, many countries experienced shifting political leadership, coups, and civil wars.

Explanation:

Most of the Latin American countries, after they gained independence, faced lots of troubles. The political leadership of the countries was changing very often, and that was due to multiple reasons, be it democratic elections, revolutions, overtaking, civil wars, dictatorship, bad politics, you really had it all. The region, not all, but solid portion of it, managed to consolidate, but it took a lot of time for that. There's still multiple countries in Latin America that are still having huge problems with terrible politics and incredibly high corruption.

What two ancient cultures influence the renaissance?
GrogVix [38]

The two main cultures that influenced the renaissance were Ancient Greek and Ancient Rome.

Explanation:

The Christianity was emerged from the Ancient Rome culture so the scholars and philosophers who believed in Ancient roman culture were aware of the Greek culture as well.

The cultures followed the intellectual path and hence declined in middle ages. The renaissance is considered to begin from the Christianity teachings and the questions raised for the philosophers and scholars so it connects back to the Rome and Greek culture.

Which of the following Byzantine contributions formed the basis for much of medieval European law? Separation of church and stat
PtichkaEL [24]
Separation of Church and State is and Enlightenment era idea, much later than the Byzantines. Polemon could be a Japanese game but its not. Its the name of several Greek guys, a philosopher, a king and that sort of guy. But they all lived in the 4th century BC or earlier. Hagia Sophia is a great building built by the Byzantines, used as a stable by the Janissary when the finally took Constantinople and is now a mosque in Istanbul. Its Byzantine, but doesnt have much to do with law. So that leaves.... Code, in law, means an organized list of laws. So that could be it. Justinian was a great Byzantine leader. So Im thinkin weve got your answer.
