Answer: Option B

Explanation:

The enzymes must be administered by the body after the meal is eaten. When the nurse must have taught the patient, she must have told him, about enzymes function.

It functions by degrading the protein in the body.So it must not be taken an hour before food or snack.

Hence, the enzymes must be taken just before the food and the route of administration must also be followed carefully so as to avoid protein degradation of the healthy cells.

The nurse mut perform which intervention for a patient receiving a pulmonary function test?
irga5000 [103]

The nurse must perform spirometry for a patient receiving a pulmonary function test.

Pulmonary function tests are performed to measure various lung functions and capacities to diagnose any certain lung disorders. PFTs usually include two methods namely: spirometry and plethysmography.

1. Spirometry

This test involves the use of a promoter and spirograph. The spirometer measures the amount of air inhaled and the amount of air exhaled as well as the frequency. These measurements are recorded on a spirograph.

2. Plethysmography

It is a similar test in which the client is asked to sit inside an airtight box to measure the pulmonary values, such as TV, FVC, VC etc.

A nursing intervention to be followed before PFTs:

● Ask the patient to remove any clothing or jewelry that may interfere with the procedure

● Assess the pulse rate, breathing rate, and blood pressure of the patient

● Ask the patient's history of various problems like breathing problems, anxiety, nervousness, etc.

2- Give some samples of muscular strength? <br> 3- Give some samples of muscular endurance?
Irina-Kira [14]

Answer: 2- Great Examples Of Muscular Strength Exercises

1 Calisthenics

2 Lifting Weights And Body Weight

3 Use Of Free Weights

4 Take The Stairs More Often

5 Go For Power Rowing

6 Running Workout

7 Aerobic Wworkouts

3- While a one-rep maximal test is an effective way to measure muscular strength, testing for muscular endurance is trickier. One way to test endurance is through exercises that ask you to lift a certain percentage of your body weight. For example, the pushup test, in which you see how many pushups you can complete in a set amount of time, is a common test of muscular endurance. Another way is to lift a fixed percentage of your one-repetition max for a certain exercise – such as measuring how many weighted squats or bench presses you can complete in 60 seconds.
