1.)Estrogen helps stimulate the growth of the egg follicle

2.)Ovulation is the release of eggs from the ovaries

3.)Progesterone helps the uterus for pregnancy, it helps thicken the lining of the uterus in preparation for pregnancy

4.) The egg will just disintegrate and the period will start a few days later

5.) The egg will attach itself to the uterus wall and then continue to grow
