The 18th amendment outlawed the selling and making liquor in the United States in the 1920's. Although this was established, many people still consumed pre-purchased liquor,made it themselves, or famous gangsters like Al Capone sold it illegally in secret bars. Overall, it didn't really accomplish anything because even though it wasn't legal, people were drinking more than ever and crime increased majorly in cities.
Because Napoleon or Tyrant or Dictator, supported many ideas of the Enlightenment and begin instituting systems and titles from the monarchy,historians later classified him as a <em>Despot</em> and his policies were called <em>Napoleonic Civil Code,1804 or The Napoleonic Code.</em>

The major challenge that the framers faced when setting out to write the Constitution was to create a document and a system of government that could be inclusive of all of the perspectives and viewpoints of the delegates and states involved in the convention. For fear of more conflict amongst the states it was necessary to work to create a document that would be a grand compromise of the many competing views.
Use of ground troops: Americanization used US ground troops to fight the war whereas Vietnamization used S.Vietnamese ground troops to fight the war.
Johnson moved the US from an aid and financial backer to a ground force with men in active duty on the front lines in addition to naval and air support. Nixon's policy removed the ground troops, leaving the S. Vietnamese to fight that on their own (with our aid and money) but continued our air strikes and naval support.
