             Is playing a video game a sport? I would say yes, it should be considered a sport. This is called ESports, kinda like ELearning, it is online. Video games take coordination, training and are very taxing on the mind, they also require attention, focus and very fast reflexes in most cases. Even though it is not a physical activity, like snooker and golf. An electronic game requires a lot of energy to play. Another reason why video games should be considered a sport is the fact that it is incredibly competitive. Video games are played all over the world by most people. It takes time, effort and a set of skills to become a professional gamer; not everyone can do it! Also, many video games require strategy, tactics, and a very fast response time , and it requires a lot of thinking. Sport is defined as a competitive activity that has strict rules; video game competitions have very strict rules that are enforced by live referees .
