I would interpret this as a painting of or inside a cave or dark space. I would add lots of shading and depth. I would probably add a mama bear with two cubs on top and some small amount of vegetation.

I would probably include lots of shading and depth. Try to think what would be inside a cave. A bear? A couple of bear cubs?? Are there plants in there. Try to create the image in your mind.
