The Assembly of the Tribes was organized into 35 groups based on __________.
DerKrebs [107]

The Assembly of the Tribes was a democratic body which represented all Roman citizens. It was divided into 35 tribes. The division did not represent 35 ethnic groups, but it was elaborated using geographical criteria. Sometimes these criteria were vague, as the tribe membership was inherited from parents to children and heirs might have moved from the original geographic area. 31 were rural tribes and 4 were urban tribes.

In the reunions of the Assembly of the Tribes, all the tribes gathered to decide on legislative, electoral and judicial matters. Each tribe had one vote. Direct democracy was exercised by Romans. Therefore, decisions were taken by majority vote inside each of the tribes first, where all citizens voted, and then each tribe brought the option they had previously decided to the assembly.

what is the British economic policies after the French & Indian War (Tea Act, Stamp Act, Sugar Act, Townshend Acts, Quarteri
anastassius [24]

Answer:

The Townshend Acts were a series of measures, passed by the British Parliament in 1767, that taxed goods imported to the American colonies. But American colonists, who had no representation in Parliament, saw the Acts as an abuse of power. The British sent troops to America to enforce the unpopular new laws, further heightening tensions between Great Britain and the American colonies in the run-up to the American Revolutionary War.

The British Crown emerged victorious from the French and Indian War in 1763, but defending the North American colonies from French expansion had proved tremendously costly to England.

Compared to Great Britain’s debts, the cost of the French and Indian War to the colonists had been slight. The colonists—who arguably enjoyed a higher standard of living at the time than their British counterparts—paid less than one-twentieth the taxes of British citizens living in England.

The British government thought the colonists should help pay the cost of their protection. The British Parliament enacted a series of taxes on the colonies for the purpose of raising revenue. Early attempts, such as the Stamp Act of 1765—which taxed colonists for every piece of paper they used—were met with widespread protests in America.

In general, yes it is true that the Tet Offensive was the turning point of the Vietnam War and showed the military strength of North Vietnam, since this was the point when American public opinions started to turn heavily against the war.
