The best answer to the question that is being stated above would be that 'Writing is difficult.' The works of Edgar Allan Poe and Stephen King entitled 'The Philosophy of Composition' and 'On Writing', respectively, tells the main idea that you being a writer and writing is a very difficult thing to do and takes time and effort to pull off.

.1 Some people smuggled them out. Also the Free French, who worked with The British and American forces, went in to get the Jews off of trains. They did this by doing gorilla  attack on the trains and stations. Also in a few cases attacked ghettoes, and then liberated the ghettoes to get the Jews out.

Part Two.  But the Free French did Physically fight the Nazis with German tanks like Panzer Kampwagen Ausf IV and  Panzer Kampwagen Ausf VI ( Tiger), also  Kampwagen Ausf V (Panther). But  however, the answer is C.

Well...it might be that old "supply and demand" factor. As one example: a corporation/rancher/farmer might have the "demand" and the immigrant might have the "supply."
