Answer:

OT rate = $37.20

Total earnings = $1,252.40

Explanation:

If the company does not provide any overtime rate policy, the over time rate should be minimum 1.5 times the hourly rate.

Therefore, Overtime rate = $24.80 × 1.5 = $37.20

Total earnings = Gross salary + Overtime salary

Hourly salary = $24.80

Total normal hours = 40 hours

Total gross salary = $24.80 × 40 = $992

Total overtime = Mandatory training session + Travelling for company

Total overtime = 4 hours + 3 hours = 7 hours (Sunday noon means 12 pm to 3 pm, total 3 additional hours)

OT salary = $37.2 × 7 hours = $260.40

Total earnings = $992 + $260.40 = $1,252.40

Regardless of on whom a tax is levied, sellers face which of the following?
IceJOKER [234]

Answer:

A a decrease in the amount of money they receive

Explanation:

If the seller levies the tax on the customer, the tax will increase the price of a product and in turn decrease the demand for the product. Decreased demand, in turn, will reduce the total revenue.

But if the seller levies the tax on themself, it will not increase the product price but lower the seller revenue directly. Either way, the revenue of the seller will be decreased.

alexgriva [62]

Answer:

a bona fide occupational qualification

Explanation:

Bona Fide Occupational Qualification is a term used to describe a type of discrimination that is not illegal, even if it seems. It is a positive discrimination used by companies to hire new employees, when necessary, based on factors that are considered discriminatory such as gender, religion, nationality, among others.

An example of this can be seen when the film recording industry needs to hire an Asian actor to play a character of Asian origin. This industry uses nationality as a discriminatory factor to hire someone, but in this scenario, this does not discriminate.
