I feel that humans are created equal, as it is obvious one human is not superior to another from birth. However, in America, people are not necessarily treated equally. Firstly, there are just people who are racist, homophobic, etc., but there is also issues in the justice system and incarceration which have more to do with laws and systems than individuals.
