I think it is A because you are learning that Liz likes hiking. And you know that in the story Liz will be hiking mountains and something is going to happen.
They're probably looking for false, but to be honest, I use it in my writing sometimes. It depends on the setting and character, or it should be specified as slang in nonfiction writing.
It's sabroso because sabroso means tasty. ;)
