The transitional period of human life which comes between childhood and adult stage is called adolescence. In this period everybody has to face some natural changes.

Adolescence is called the periodof strom and stress because as it is known as a changing period in which various changes occur in human life. so, as the adolescents are new to the various changes they are bit scared about the changes . similarly they also have various feelings live love, hatered, shyness etc. and sometime they may also go in depression. so this period is known as period of stress and strom.
