Kennedy feelings towards Castro and  Khrushchev placement of missiles...

1. They acted recklessly in bringing the crisis about. 

2. Khrushchev and Castro shouldn't have given nuclear weapons into Cuba. 

3. Kennedy had bad feelings against Castro and those feelings affected his choices.

4.  Operation Mongoose was not a good form of action and or proper for war guidelines.

5. There was a lack of "keep quietness"

6. Kennedy may have tried to show face since the Bay of Pigs.
