It's a word to use when you are not sure of something and have to "guess or surmise."
hope it helps
So you have a great monologue but there’s some issues..
You need to capitalize your I’s
“ I have no flaws and I’m perfect”, Add a question mark instead of a period.
“But nothing did” you can add a comma before the the but after him and I.
Make sure you capitalize your words after a period.
“It broken me”, doesn’t make sense, it’s a fragment. You can use “it’s breaks my heart to think about it”.
“Actually something happen”, can you explain what happened? So it’s not left like that.
Other than that your doing well
Hope this helps you *smiles*
Answer:
.1 shows a Manhattan plot from the first stage of a large-scale GWAS of AD risk loci (Lambert et al., 2013). The plot shows on the y-axis the negative log-base-10 of the P value for each of the polymorphisms in the genome (along the x-axis), when tested for differences in frequency between 17,008 cases and 37,154 controls. The line shows the threshold for genome-wide significance (P < 5 × 10–8). Diamonds represent SNPs with the smallest P values in the overall analysis from that article.

I, II, and III
When description is used in literature, it can be used for all three of the above. For instance, when an author wants to illustrate the distinctive nature of a character, description is used to mention the character’s features (characteristics). When an author wants to foreshadow upcoming events, description is used by the manner of providing detailed hints and indications in order for readers to appropriately be able to anticipate what is about to happen. And, clear descriptions of people, places, and things can be used in order to provide the clearest possible images for readers.
