As a New England farmer, write a letter to relatives in Europe describing your family’s daily life as subsistence farmers.
Genrish500 [490]
Dear family,

The past weeks have been quite rough. The corn stalks grow weakly, and the beans have hardly sprouted. We've slaughtered two pigs already, and haven't the funds to purchase more. On a better note, my son is now old enough to till the soil, so he can help on the farm. My wife and daughter have cleaned our wooden house these past days, and my daughter has made herself and brother a quilt. Do write soon.

Sincerely,
[name]

Which of the following is the best example of a major dispute during the Constitutional Convention?
kiruha [24]

The Connecticut Compromise (also known as the Great Compromise of 1787 or Sherman Compromise) was an agreement that large and small states reached during the Constitutional Convention of 1787 that in part defined the legislative structure and representation that each state would have under the United States Constitution. It retained the bicameral legislature as proposed by Roger Sherman, along with proportional representation of the states in the lower house, but required the upper house to be weighted equally among the states. Each state would have two representatives in the upper house.
