As in the given situation, during the reception, the guests were divided into groups as African American, Latin Americans, Asian. As from the beginning the Latin Americans are given more priority as Whites as compared to the African American as they are blacks.
This has been a part of their traditions as the Latins believe that the African Americans are below the Latin Americans.
