so i find that playing outside and video games both are very fun and they are not that far from each other although playing outside is as it's stated outside while video games are indoors. as a matter of fact outdoor games have a significant increase in excercise while video gaming doesn't but video games are more enjoyable to teens and young adults than outdoor games. they can both have advantages such as video games can keep you busy at least for 4-8 hours if your a rage-quitter and 12-18 hours if your not. and outdoor games can get your body in shape while your having fun with friends or family
