I think the correct answer would be the first option. The terms plausible and believable are synonyms. Plausible means something that is probable, acceptable, it is likely true. Believable would mean the same as well, it is something that is realistic, credible or acceptable. Words or phrases that means the same are synonyms.

Answer:

a) impact

Explanation:

The options for this question are missing. The options are:

a) Impact

b) Dominance

c) Competence

d) Self-determination

e) Cognitive distortion

When working in an organization, it is important to work towards goals and, as an employee, to feel that your work is valuable to the organization.

A sense of impact happens when the organization can transmit the employee the sense that what they are doing has a purpose and makes a difference in the organization they are working for.

In this example, Blaze feels his workers need to know they are doing something that makes a difference to the company (<u>in other words the sense that what they are doing has a purpose and makes a difference)</u> so he uses phrases like "moving forward" or "getting there". Therefore, <u>since he wants to create the feeling that what they are doing is important,</u> we can tell that he is trying to convey a sense of impact.

Ronch [10]
It's difficult if you don't have the recourses to become stable. you need an education and money to pay for it. considering minimum wage is low in some areas its hard to even get to that point of stability. plus the expenses of food, housing, transportation, insurance etc take a real chunk of your salary. if you dont have help it can be pretty hard

Bad White [126]

Safety belts could have saved the lives of approximately one-quarter of the drivers who were not wearing them at the time of their deaths.

A seat belt is a vehicle safety device that is designed to protect the driver or a passenger from a harmful movement that may occur during a collision or a sudden stop.

Seat belts are primarily used to protect passengers in the event of an accident. According to Newton's first law of motion, when a car abruptly stops or crashes, a person sitting in a moving car may be pushed forward due to inertia of motion, potentially causing damage.
